Balayage or highlights? How to choose

It’s the question we hear most in color consultations. The honest answer depends on the look you love and how often you want to come back.

Balayage: soft and low-maintenance

Hand-painted lightness that stays softer at the root and brighter through the ends. It grows out gently, so most clients come back every three to four months for a gloss and refresh.

Highlights: bright and even

Foiled highlights start closer to the root for an all-over brighter result. Plan on a touch-up every six to eight weeks to keep regrowth invisible.
