Who we are
halo.schedopia.com is a hair and nail studio at 418 Main Street, Suite 2. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the studio, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service and time you chose, and anything you write in the booking notes. In the studio we may note details that help with your service, like color formulas, allergies or nail preferences.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and remind you about appointments, to contact you if something changes, to keep a record of your services, and to answer your questions. We only send offers by email if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. It is stored on our website and with the service providers who help us run it, such as our web host and email delivery service, only as far as needed to provide our services.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your booking session. If we add analytics or embedded content from other sites, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and service records for as long as you are a client and for up to three years after your last visit, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
